The following below table clarifies the significance of each Bhava in the Horoscope starts from Lagna or Ascendant or First House to 12th House / Vyaya Bhava.

Third House	Communication and correspondence, short journeys, Younger brother or sister, cousins, and Neighbors, Courage, Thoughts, mental strength, Memory, Ability of mind and intellect.	Right Ear, Hands, Arms and Fingers, Shoulder blade, collar bone, Respiratory and the Nervous system.
Fourth House	Home, Mother, Happiness,  one's roots, Domestic affairs, acquiring of tangible assets and Land Properties,  building,  Vehicles, , learning, conditions at the end of life and the final resting place or the grave.	Chest, Breasts and Lungs.

Tenth House	one's name, Fame, Honor and Recognition. Dignity and Public Esteem. Ambition and Authority.	Gallbladder and the Knees.
Eleventh House	Friends, Social circle, Profit, Gain, Income of all kinds, Acquisition, Desire and Wish fulfillment. Elder brother or sister, Paternal uncle.	Left Ear, Calves and Ankles.

Ashtakavarga System of Predictions

Ashtaka means “consisting of Eight” and Varga means “a group”. Ashtakavarga is the system of analyzing a chart with respect to a group of 8 reference points.

We have 7 planets as the reference points and the the Lagna, making it 8 (Ashtak) .

The Ashtakavarga system is a method of calculating the powers of the planets relative to each other. For each and every house, all seven planets contribute their power or strength in terms of numerical value. This makes it easy to compare the powers of the planets for each house. There is no other system which can give such a clear cut view of the comparative strengths of all the plane

The individual Ashtakavarga chart is also known as the Bhinnashtakavarga.

The combined effect given in one chart is known as the total Ashtakavarga chart or the Sarvashtakavarga chart.

The total of benefic and malefic points in a house, for a planet is eight (8).

The “0”s are called Bindus or Benefic Points while “1”s are called Rekhas or Malefic Points. (Consider reverse in North India)

Before going through actual list of Predictions, i would like to mention some more basics of Astrology as followed in first part:

Cardinal or Movable Signs (Chara) are - Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn.
Fixed or Static Signs (Sthira) are - Taurus, Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius.
Mutable or Common Signs (Dwisvabhava) are - Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius and Pisces.

Earth (Prithvi) signs (The Practical and Productive Group) - Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn

Based upon my experience of analyzing thousands of Birth-Charts and also by deep study in this divine science, I planned to start a series of Predictions as you say this article as 

" First 50 Horoscope Predictions (Part I) "

Note: Strictly, these predictions are not to be meant for Amateurs or Beginners in Astrology.

Before going through below list of predictions, You should know the basics of Astrology about Planets & their Aspects, Zodiac Signs, Constellations or 27 Nakshatras, Lagna or Ascendant, House (Bhava) Lords, etc.

We have to consider entire Horoscope before giving predictions otherwise it will not be fruitful.

Mercury in Aries Sign

In Aries Zodiac sign, Planet Mercury tells of one who reacts quickly, is sensitive, perceives artistic values; appreciates originality; is delighted by skill, talent and creativity; and is capable of offering criticism on the highest level. The astrologer must help the native to become something more then merely clever. He needs to learn the value of being thorough, determined - creative rather than merely headstrong.

Indications are that the native is fluent in speech.

Your mind is quick and active, and you tend to grasp concepts with lightning speed. If

an idea or subject interests you, you pursue it with fervor and enthusiasm. However,

you have trouble sticking with anything for long, and your memory isn't very good.

Your mind is always racing from one thought to another, and you find it difficult to concentrate.
